Terms & Conditions

Tensora · Last Updated: 15 June 2026

Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any of our programs or using our website. By accessing our services, you indicate that you have read and understood these terms.

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tensora website located at tensorayd.sbs and all online learning programs offered by Tensora ("we", "us", "our"), a company operating from 200 Asok Montri Road, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.

By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry form, or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which also apply to your use of our services.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only. By accessing our site, you agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce website content without our prior written permission
  • Use the website in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its performance
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content from our website

We reserve the right to restrict access to our website at any time and without notice, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

3. Programs and Enrolment

We currently offer three online learning programs:

Program Level Fee
Foundations of AI & Python Beginner ฿3,500
Applied Machine Learning Track Intermediate ฿14,500
Mentored AI Builder Program Advanced ฿33,000

Enrolment is confirmed only after we have received full payment and sent you a written confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

Program schedules, content, and materials are subject to change. We will notify enrolled learners of any material changes in advance by email.

Our programs are designed as educational experiences. We do not represent that participation in any program will lead to specific employment outcomes, skill levels, or professional qualifications.

4. Fees and Payment

All program fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Fees must be paid in full prior to accessing program materials, unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed with us in writing.

Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider. We do not store or have access to your card details. By making a payment, you also agree to the payment provider's terms of service.

If a payment fails or is reversed, your access to program materials may be suspended until the outstanding amount is resolved. We will contact you by email to assist in resolving any payment issues.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change, and we aim to be fair and reasonable in how we handle cancellation requests.

  • More than 14 days before program start: A full refund will be issued, less any payment processing fees charged by our payment provider.
  • 7 to 14 days before program start: A 50% refund will be issued.
  • Less than 7 days before program start: Refunds are not available, though we will try to accommodate deferral to a future cohort where possible.
  • After program start: Fees are non-refundable once a program has commenced and materials have been accessed.

If Tensora cancels or significantly reschedules a program, you will be offered either a full refund or a free transfer to an alternative cohort.

To request a cancellation, contact us at [email protected] with your name and enrolment details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our programs — including course materials, written guides, video recordings, code examples, project briefs, and design assets — is the intellectual property of Tensora or our licensed content partners, unless otherwise indicated.

When you enrol in a program, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the course materials for your own learning purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute course materials to third parties
  • Upload materials to any public or shared platform
  • Use materials to create competing educational products or services
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices or attributions

Any work you create independently during a program (such as your own code projects or portfolio pieces) remains your own intellectual property.

7. Learner Conduct

We aim to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for everyone. By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with instructors, mentors, and fellow learners in all community spaces
  • Submit your own work and not misrepresent the work of others as your own
  • Not disrupt sessions, workshops, or community discussions
  • Not share your login credentials or program access with other individuals

We reserve the right to remove any learner from a program — without refund — if their conduct is found to be disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these Terms. We will communicate any such decision and provide an opportunity for the learner to respond before a final decision is made.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our programs are provided for general educational purposes. While we take care to ensure the quality and accuracy of our materials, we make no representations about the suitability of the content for any specific purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Tensora's total liability to you in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant program.

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services
  • Interruptions to website or platform availability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • Your reliance on any content found on third-party websites linked from our site

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud resulting from our negligence.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website and programs may include links to, or integrations with, third-party tools and platforms (such as code editors, cloud services, or payment processors). These are provided for your convenience, and we are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service.

Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and conditions. We encourage you to review these before providing any personal information to a third party.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Where a change materially affects enrolled learners, we will provide notice by email in advance of the change taking effect. Your continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
